Mikiko Sato is an accomplished composer, music director, pianist, and singer-songwriter from Yokohama, Japan. She earned her Master’s Degree in Classical Music Composition from Tokyo College of Music. Her passion brought her to Berklee College of Music where she graduated summa cum laude in December 2020 with a Professional Diploma in Songwriting.  She released her debut single, “My Wishes for You,” in August 2021, followed by her first album, “Mikiko’s World”, in November 2021. One of the original songs from that album, “Daydream,” was selected as a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition 2022.  In the Boston area, Mikiko currently works as the Preschool Music Lead Faculty and the Elementary School Private Lessons Music Faculty at Park Street School. She also serves as a pianist for the Boston Ballet School, and offers workshops, classes, and concerts for the City of Boston, among other activities.
